Client Responsibility

You confirm that all documents, information, and materials submitted to Elegant Translation Services are accurate, complete, authentic, and lawfully obtained. You are solely responsible for the contents and authenticity of all documents provided for translation.

Elegant Translation Services accepts no responsibility for any false, altered, fraudulent, incomplete, misleading, or unlawfully obtained document submitted by a client.

Document Verification

To maintain professional standards and comply with applicable legal and ethical obligations, Elegant Translation Services reserves the right to request verification of any document submitted for translation.

Such verification may include, but is not limited to:

• Examination of the original document in person;
• Inspection of the original document during a live video call;
• Requesting additional supporting documentation;
• Requesting identification from the document holder; or
• Any other reasonable verification method deemed necessary.

Failure or refusal to comply with a verification request may result in delays, suspension, cancellation of the order, refusal of certification, or refusal to provide translation services. In such circumstances, any refund request will be assessed based on the amount of work already completed.

Scope of Services

Elegant Translation Services provides translation and, where applicable, certified translation services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Elegant Translation Services does not verify, authenticate, validate, legalize, or certify the authenticity, legality, or validity of the original document itself.

Any certification provided relates only to the accuracy of the translation and not to the authenticity of the original document.

Acceptance by Third Parties

Translation requirements vary between government agencies, courts, educational institutions, employers, licensing bodies, embassies, consulates, and other organizations.

While Elegant Translation Services strives to provide translations that meet professional standards, no guarantee is made that a translated document will be accepted by any particular authority or organization.

Clients are responsible for confirming the specific requirements of the receiving organization before placing an order.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information and completing a transaction through this portal, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized holder or user of the payment method used;
• You authorize Elegant Translation Services to charge the full amount indicated at checkout;
• The payment information provided is accurate and complete.

Elegant Translation Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious payment activity is suspected.

Refund Policy

Once translation work has commenced, fees may become partially or fully non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for completed translation services.

• Client communication delays;
• Technical issues; or
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elegant Translation Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use of our services;
• Delays in processing;
• Decisions made by third parties;
• Rejection of translated documents by any authority or organization;
• Errors resulting from unclear, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or altered source documents.

The maximum liability of Elegant Translation Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific translation service giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Elegant Translation Services takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of client documents and personal information.

However, documents may be reviewed by authorized translators, staff members, contractors, or service providers involved in processing the translation request.

By submitting documents through this portal, you consent to such access as reasonably necessary for the provision of translation services.
